About payment and delivery of goods


Q Are there any hidden costs or do I only pay the order total at checkout?
There are no additional costs on top of the price at checkout

Q How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping fee is free

Q Can I change the payment method?
Changing the payment method after completing your order is not possible.

Q I placed an order, but I didn’t get a confirmation email
Please confirm that there is no mistake in the registered e-mail address. Registration information can be confirmed on My Page. Also, if you receive an email from Kidemaa for the first time, check you Junk Mail folder.

Q How long will it take to receive the order?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. The shipping time varies depending on the destination. Our average delivery time varies between 6-14 business days.

Q Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately we don’t offer gift wrapping at this point.


About returned goods and exchange


Q I would like to return or exchange a product, what should I do?
Please email us at kidemaa@kidemaa.com within 14 days after delivery of goods to request return or exchange. In your email, please provide us with:
· Order number · Name · Address · Product name · Reason for exchange or return

Q Can I cancel my order after placing it?
The order cannot be cancelled after it's been placed. If you no longer wish to keep the order you placed, you must first receive the order and then return it by following Kidemaa's return policy.


About user registration


Q I want to register as a new Guest
New user registration can be done by clicking "Sign in" displayed in the upper right corner of the Kidemaa front page. Advance registration is not necessary, you can also create an account during checkout.

Q How do I check if I am registered as a Guest?
When guest registration is completed, registration confirmation is delivered to your email address.

Q How do I change the guest registration information?
After signing in, you can modify your account information on My Page.
