Our prices include duty and tax!
Our typical shipping time varies between circa 5 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the item. Our packages are shipped directly from manufacturers and therefore your order may contain multiple packages. The delivery time of products in your order may also vary for this reason.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Kidemaa customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery. The customer has the right to return an item if:
1. The item has not been used,
2. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,
3. The item has been repackaged in its original package.
The order cannot be cancelled after it's been placed. If you no longer wish to keep the order you placed, you must first receive the order and then return it by following Kidemaa's return policy.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage.
A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact Kidemaa via email (email@example.com) with detailed information.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns will be shipped directly to Kidemaa at customer's expense. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item meets the above stated return conditions, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
LATE AND MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.We also advise you to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you detailed information on the exchange process.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
To return your product, you will get the detailed shipping information and address via email, when the reclamation has been processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a higher value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be charged in US dollars.
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
All customer information records will be secured both within the Internet as well as outside it. All confidential information will be encrypted so that no third party will be able to access them. We utilize the highest SSL encryption which is the industry standard for Internet encryption, used by banks to secure online transactions.
Kidemaa does not access or store any payment data, such as credit card numbers, bank account details etc. The transactions are processed confidentially by Stripe, which is a reputable and widely used e-commerce payment provider. The payment card details are transferred to Stripe over an encrypted SSL connection secured by Symantec 1024-bit SSL encryption.
